Designed by Hill | West Architects and developed by Legion Investment Group and Nahla Capital, the 210-foot-tall structure will span 86,000 square feet and feature 22 spacious residences averaging 3,500 square feet each. Nova supported the project with comprehensive MEP modeling and coordination services, including the development of shop and fabrication drawings, to ensure accurate system integration and smooth execution throughout this high-end renovation.
